During the trials that were done on Rimonabant the one side effect that was found was vomiting along with severe nausea. This side effect caused about 1/5 of the trial participants to leave the clinical trial in order to get their vomiting and nausea under control. While this may not seem like a wonderful side effect the amount for weight loss Rimonabant can offer might for some greatly out weight the side effects all together.
While Rimonabant can be used for several other things such as treatment in diabetes 2 and can help prevent cardiovascular disease which is linked to obesity, there is one think that is by far a wonderful thing. Rimonabant, once released to the United States market should do great things for those who truly need help losing weight.
